I-Yoga luqeqesho lwe-millenary oriental olujolise kuphuculo ngokubanzi lweemeko zomzimba nezengqondo.

Ibandakanya umzimba, ukuma komzimba, impefumlo kunye nokomoya… yinyani yefilosofi yobomi enezibonelelo eziliwaka.

Iyakwazi ukusichukumisa ngokunzulu, isibuyisela kwimeko yoxolo kunye nokugqibelela.

Ngumsebenzi ojolise ekwenzeni wonke umntu ukuba afikelele kwimeko ehambelanayo yomzimba nengqondo ngokudibana kunye nokulingana kwezinto ezichaseneyo, afike eluxolweni nasempilweni.

Ukuba zibonakala zininzi kakhulu okanye zingenamsebenzi, kungenxa yokuba ungazazi izibonelelo esizihoye kakhulu thina basetyhini!

I-Yoga isifundisa ukusebenzisa ezona ngqondo zethu kakuhle, isinceda ukuba siyeke ukutshaya, ukulawula ubunzima bethu kunye nokuphucula ukusebenza ngokwesondo ngolwazi kunye nothando lomzimba wethu olungazange lube khona ngaphambili.

Esi sikhundla (kwaye ngokubanzi zonke izithuba eziguqulweyo okanye eziguqulweyo) sinceda amanqatha ukuba ahambe kwaye anyibilike ngaphandle kokwenza nawuphi na umzamo. Kananjalo kule meko sisebenza entliziyweni kwaye ke kulungelelwaniso olunokufezekiswa kuphela xa sigcina iimpundu ziqinile kwaye kunjalo nangamathanga nesisu.

Onke amalungu omzimba wethu achatshazelwe yi-cellulite, ngokuphinda esi sithuba ngokuhamba kwexesha, ziya kuba noxinzelelo ngokuqinisekileyo kwaye ziya kuzuza kuso.

Ngaba uyathandabuza? Nam bendinjalo, kodwa izifundo ezimbalwa bezanele ukuba ndingakwazi ukuzenza ngaphandle kwazo ... ke amantombazana ukuba ufuna ukuvumelana ngaphakathi nangaphandle ndingancoma kuphela i-yoga esempilweni!
