Pinocchio, protagonist of numerous adaptations including the most recent signed by Matthew Garrone (whose Geppetto is the one who in the past was Pinocchio, Roberto Benigni), will have a new transposition this time by the Oscar-winning director Guillermo DelToro.
It is a musical made with the stop motion technique based on the famous story by Carlo Collodi and will include the participation of a stellar cast, announced in the last few hours, as regards the voices of the different characters. Let's move on to the cast of voices:
Newcomer Gregory Mann will play Pinocchio, while Ewan McGregor will play Jiminy Cricket and David Bradley (Harry Potter Filch) will play Geppetto. The cast also includes Oscar winner Tilda Swinton, Oscar winner Christoph Waltz, Finn Wolfhard (Stranger Things), Oscar winner Cate Blanchett, John Turturro (The Batman), Ron Perlman, already Golden Globe winner (Nightmare Alley), Tim Blake Nelson (Watchmen) and Burn Gorman (Enola Holmes).
