The famous group of Spice Girls formed by Mel B, Melanie C, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham could exceptionally gather in view of thecoronation of the new King. A special occasion was needed to bring together the magical group, of which King Charles III always been a big fan. In fact, the five pop stars could perform during the Coronation Weekend, scheduled from 6 to 8 May 2023. The return of music icons it is definitely an unexpected surprise.

Spice Girls coronation King Charles III: a tribute to the new King
As reported by Buckingham Palace, the event will "reflect the monarch's role today and look to the future, while remaining rooted in long-standing traditions and pageantry." The presence of Spice Girls hasn't been officially announced yet, but just in case the girl band will take the stage on May 7 during the "coronation concert". The Sun stated that “the Spice Girls are seriously considering a return on stage for such a historic event”. Of course, it's not every day that we get a new King.

Indeed, Mel B, during Sherri Shepherd's talk show, said: "We're talking about doing something together, and fingers crossed it will be announced very soon!”.
