Meditate to find yourself

I was stressed, anxious and nervous… but now thanks to yoga I'm not anymore!

Yoga is a millenary oriental discipline aimed at the general improvement of one's physical and mental conditions.

It involves body, posture, breath and spirituality… it is a true philosophy of life with a thousand benefits.

It manages to touch us deeply, bringing us back to a state of tranquility and completeness.

It is an activity that aims to make every human being reach a harmonious state of body and mind through the union and balance of opposite elements, arriving at a sense of peace and well-being.

Le asana, or yoga positions, are performed in complete coordination with breathing and, thanks to this association, the internal organs are massaged and enriched with oxygen.

The effect is a complete detoxification of the organism through the elimination of toxins with breathing.

It is true, yoga changes us… thanks to meditation we learn to manage the emotional field, and therefore the unconscious fears that often bring us only anxiety and irritability.

Scientific studies have also shown its validity in reducing insomnia with just 20 minutes of practice per day.

If they seem too many or useless, it's because you still don't know the benefits that we women care about most!

Yoga teaches us to make the best use of our mind, helping us to quit smoking, to control our weight and also improving sexual performance through a knowledge and a love for our body never had before.

Dear girls, if you had underestimated it, you will soon learn to understand the effectiveness of this practice once you have seen the more than positive effects!

I decided to try this discipline to find myself and that tranquility that I lacked given the daily stress and the numerous commitments, and I was surprisingly amazed by the results.

After the first lessons, from which I returned home pleasantly relaxed, in the following I began to find my true balance, managing to be more flexible and reaching more complex asanas.

Result? Relax, calm and… tone.

Yes, girls, because asanas are positions that require strength and help to make the muscles more toned and flexible, improving circulation and helping us in the fight against the dreaded cellulite.

The perfect asana to achieve a state of calm, strengthen the abdominal muscles and reduce water retention is the candle position (Sarvangasana).

This position (and in general all inverted or inverted positions) helps the fat to move and melt without apparently making any effort. Also in this case we work on the heart and therefore on the balance that can only be achieved if we keep the buttocks tight and so do the thighs and belly.

All the parts of our body affected by cellulite, by repeating this position over time, will be positively stressed and will benefit from it.

Skeptical? I was too, but a few lessons were enough to not be able to do without them ... so girls, if you are looking for harmony inside and out, I can only recommend healthy yoga!
