How do clothes work to lose weight on our skin?

These garments, whose price varies from 20 to 80 euros, are designed for act on legs, abdomen and buttocks. The pressure they exert on our skin along with the friction of compounds, which is activated by the movement of our body, causes a massage with remodeling effect. This is the theory, but what happens in practice? Can their action go beyond hydration? There may be an interesting one draining action on the visibility of cellulite, but without persisting over time. But we must be realistic and understand that this type of clothing it will not make the orange peel skin disappear completely or cellulite from our skin, will at best make the skin appear more compact in the treated area.

However, better to avoid wearing them at bedtime for comfort reasons. It is not recommended to wear them to go to bed, because some of them produce a sensation of warmth. Also, we must bear in mind that it is not good to overdo it, since if we subject our legs to one excessive pressure (as is often the case with socks or jeans), we hinder proper circulation blood and, in this case, the effect would be the opposite of what we are looking for, as it could trigger the appearance of cellulite. Therefore, the best time of day for wearing leggings could be during our training session, in the gym, or when we go for a run.
