The parties are over and after lunches, dinners and wild nights it's time to get back in shape; off the decorations, off the panettone and start with the weighed food and the gym.
It would all seem so sad, but there is a positive thing in all of this, even to get back in shape and to go to the gym we can feel beautiful. You don't need to cover up or wear loose, faded old clothes to do physical activity, also because starting the new year by going to the gym with new and beautiful clothes is more stimulating especially for someone like me who is not a big fan of tools.
To recover from the night of fire, I recommend, in addition to sports suits, also a more casual clothing but always in line with the fashion of the moment.
The brands that I believe are most closely related to the style of now are Nike, Adidas, Puma, Ellesse, supreme and the new rediscovered and much loved Kappa, but we also have Reebok and Champion.
For physical activity I would recommend leggings, tops and jackets for those who love to move outdoors. Short tops, with mesh, low-cut, with zippers and criss-crosses that all in all can also be combined well with high-waisted jeans and an open shirt or tied at the waist, both for those who dance like me and for those who want to look in the summer sporty but feminine.
Leggings with huge, small, side or solid color writings. Each of you is free to choose how to look and feel even during a great sweat whether it is outdoors or indoors.
During the day, however, I suggest you take a look at the sites of the brands mentioned above, such as Adidas sweaters, dresses and pants that creates very nice outfits for those who love to dress sporty without losing their femininity.

Dressing sporty does not mean sinful of taste indeed it is a great way to vary your style while remaining fashionable and for a more comfortable evening. In addition, the fashion of the moment states that the wide is beautiful, extra-large jumpsuits, oversized sleeves, flared trousers and sweatshirts that overflow, obviously sports fashion is not only this but in any case there is a wide choice for each of you, every now and then treat yourself to an evening in which to be comfortable without however sinning in style.
