Rimini, 3 June 2022 - The great fitness weekend opens. On Saturday and Sunday the Rimini fair of Italian Exhibition Group will experience the climax of RiminiWellness, the leading event for the world of fitness, wellness, sport and healthy nutrition, on stage until Sunday 5 June.
Among the 20 pavilions occupied by the event, new product e training disciplines to try alone or in company to keep fit and have fun. In all, they are well planned 1.500 hours of exercises for an energetic, enthusiastic and vital audience.
TECHNOLOGY HELPS HEALTH
Technology reigns supreme on machinery and equipment. There are bikes designed by cycling champions for indoor training, at home and in the gym, with a 22 "screen, for a unique experience within different scenarios, immersive and highly digital tests. aquatic circuits complemented by tech solutions divided between digital, monitoring and health prevention, for swimming pools and clubs. There is no shortage of gyms aboard trucks, on which to live an unprecedented experience of movement.
The technology is also built into the cross-country or Nordic walking poles, to acquire and manage a series of dynamic and inertial parameters detectable during motor activity.
THE FREE BODY IN A THOUSAND DECLINATIONS
Among the disciplines proposed, here it is Yoga declined in all its forms, the Pole Dance which re-proposes the magic of the circus, the choreographic workouts that combine ballet exercises with fitness, bodyweight exercises using only the weight of the individual against gravity, to develop strength and endurance. The workout can also be in the hammock, mixing pilates and the total body workout.
HEALTHY NUTRITION FOR A PERFECT BALANCE
At the fair, thanks to the area FoodWell Expo, also many proposals for proper nutrition: between salads and soups, fresh fruit and vegetable extracts, here are also the mixes of biologically active plant substances, obtained from micro-vegetal, as well as many foods with a high protein content, to be consumed in a varied diet and balanced. There is no shortage of vegan proposals and spreads.
