The benefits of black sugar
Black sugar also called brown sugar or wet sugar or muscovado sugar is brown sugar that is not processed in any way.
It is obtained by grinding the sugar cane until obtaining a juice which is then filtered and boiled. It will then be mixed until obtaining a thick paste which will be given a shape and then left to cool. The end result will resemble a bar of chocolate.
Black sugar is the first stage of unrefined sugar. The most natural and nutrient-rich one.
