Rimini, 30 May 2022 - The week ahead has begun RiminiWellness 2022, the great celebration of the universe of fitness and wellness on the move for an energetic and vital public. At the Rimini fair, from Thursday 2nd to Sunday 5th June, the 16th edition of the Italian Exhibition Group returns with its iconic offer of workouts and innovative disciplines, evolutions of traditional training forms and new proposals for functional and combined training.
Internationally renowned trainers and presenters will be available in thearea 'Active' for the four days for lessons, internships and courses with different levels of difficulty, so as to be able to involve athletes and enthusiasts of all ages with their energy.
FITNESS AND DANCE WORKOUTS
Taking advantage of the passion for dancing to regain full physical shape is possible thanks to Dance workout, a total body workout program that alternates sessions of cardio danced with exercises focused on specific areas of the body such as abs and legs. Designed for those who always need new stimuli, it allows you to move, have fun and reach your well-being goals to the rhythm of music.
Even the novelty of the Ballet Fit, choreographic training created by the dancer Glory Morales which combines ballet exercises such as warm-up on the barre, fitness with cardio exercises and stretching on the floor, allows you to tone, improve muscle elasticity, increase resistance and correct posture; at the fair too GPASSÉ, un format designed by Julia Pagliaccia e Gil Lopez which uses the basics of the "barre" technique of dance in a dynamic and fluid version for a complete workout with cardiovascular benefits.
TRAIN LIKE A REAL MILITARY
RiminiWellness 2022 is back theItalian army with its paths of military fitness and its web radio. The instructors of the "Folgore" Paratroopers Brigade will guide the participants with typically military procedures in the execution of gymnastic exercises typical of operational tactical training, while those of rock of the Alpine Troops they will accompany the public in the use of the climbing wall set up for the occasion in complete safety.
THE EVOLUTIONS OF THE MOST FOLLOWED WORKOUTS
They also return to RiminiWellness Jill Cooper - to present Fluid, his new bodyweight workout -, The Pole Arena, a real interactive pole dance hall to get closer to this world, e Zumba, both in the classic version and in the variant Strong Nation ™ which falls into the high intensity cardio category HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) and is based on an inverse method compared to the workouts of the category: the movements are born before the music, they do not adapt to it.
FUNCTIONAL, COMBAT TRAINING AND GREAT CLASSICS
This area includes functional workouts and those that integrate combat techniques and functional training strategies to the music-based fitness group.
Revoring Academy offers 14 masterclasses open to all age groups to approach the use of Revoring, an elastic chain made up of fourteen rings that represents a versatile and revolutionary proposal in the world of total body functional training and that combines the benefits of suspension training with those of elastic resistance. Lovers of high-intensity outdoor training will be able to experience the Obstacle Course Run, a type of race born in the USA towards the end of the 80s which is inspired by the training of the US military corps and which consists of a race on obstacle courses on dirt roads or with gradients from 3 to 15km long.
The novelties of the event are flanked by historical protagonists of RiminiWellness like Cross cardio, indoor cycling e Calisthenics.
SEVENTH EDITION OF ITALIAN SHOWDOWN
Crosfitters unite: Italian Showdown, the brand's largest recognized and accredited annual sporting competition CrossFit®, takes place in parallel with RiminiWellness for the second consecutive year, after the co-presence with the Active Edition of 2021. Registrations are open to everyone, from beginners, to intermediate level athletes up to more experienced ones. Everyone has the opportunity to test their skills on the same playing field and alongside elite athletes from all over the world.
