Chokoleti chakuda, choyera kapena mkaka ndiye chakudya chofala kwambiri komanso chodyedwa padziko lonse lapansi.

Chotengera cha njere za koko, chopangidwa mwaluso, chokoleti chimapangidwa pogwiritsa ntchito cocoa ngati chopangidwa ndikuphatikizidwa m'maiko omwe adachokera, ndikuwonjezera zosakaniza ndi zonunkhira.

Popanga mafakitale kapena otsika, amakonzedwa posakaniza batala wa cocoa (gawo lamafuta a nyemba za koko) ndi ufa wa cocoa nyemba, shuga ndi zinthu zina monga mkaka, amondi, mtedza, pistachio kapena zonunkhira zina.

Kuphatikiza pa izi ndichopangira chabwino kwambiri cha mafuta oundana, makeke, mabisiketi, mousses ndi ma pudding.

Ndi chakudya chomwe chimapereka chisangalalo, chomwe chimasangalatsa masiku athu ndikupanga zochitika zapadera zokoma… koma sizimathera pamenepo!
