The Christian Music Contest is already on the hunt for new artists!
Napoli - The twenty-four finalists chosen by the technical jury from over one hundred and fifty artists involved in the first edition of the Christian music contest Ho Scelto Te, organized by singer-songwriter and producer Luciano Buonfiglio, arrived from all over Italy.
A memorable show, the feast of love and integration, could only bring down the curtain in Naples, the capital of musical languages. Despite the restrictions, the changes of pace, the rules and the masks, the overwhelming final was staged in the center of Uria. An event born with the aim of legitimizing, even in Italy, contemporary Christian music and its hidden talents. White voices, black voices very close to gospel, multiethnic and pop sounds, alternated on stage, giving life to something truly new in the Italian music scene.
"Finally here we are!" explained the popular cantate Mavi Gagliardi dei Sud58, extraordinary guest together with Antonio Marino protagonist of the latest edition of All Togher Now conducted by Michelle Hunziker, «even this genre, from which I myself come, is getting the space it deserves. For me it is not a surprise, but a great confirmation ».

"We haven't invented anything," the presenter recalled Mauro Ferraris «The talent formula is known to everyone, the music is different! In the USA and Latin America these singers climb the hit parades, fill stadiums and sell millions of records, while in Italy they struggle to be recognized ».
And so, they won the prize Davide Famà, Davide Ventriglia, Noell, Anastasia Celio, Davide Campilongo, Horeb, Laura Tesone, Marianna Fasano, Antonella Cristofaro, Carmen Fasano, Andrea Sturiale, Happyness Eborka. Twelve winners have been selected for the creation of a compilation of unreleased singles, «because the format» was keen to explain to the jury «is not focused on the competitive aspect. The aim of the competition is to offer young talents the opportunity to grow and mature artistically, raising the bar and the quality of "our" music ».
To the fifteen year old from Bergamo Blessing instead, the critics' prize awarded by the TV presenter went Ilaria La Mura.
The appointment will be broadcast in June by the national broadcaster Italian Channel 161meanwhile, the production is already on the hunt for the next competitors.
