The former boxing champion most famous in the world, Mike Tyson was accused again of rape. The sentence of 1992 was not enough, following the complaint by the model Desiree Washington, for which he was imprisoned for 3 years. The alleged victim in her deposition said she met Tyson at a local called Septembers and then got on hers Limo after offering to take her and her friend to a party. She stated that the boxer started right away touch her and to try to kiss her. “I told him no several times and I asked him to stop, but he continued to attack me,” said the woman. "Then he took off my pants and brutally raped me."

“After that violence I suffered from physical and psychological injuries that still haunt me today,” the woman revealed. The deposition does not say whether Tyson's driver was inside the vehicle at the time of the alleged rape, or whether the limousine was parked or moving.
