Kiko, the Italian cosmetics brand owned by Percassi, celebrates its 20 years by opening its largest store in the world in Milan, a city with which the brand has a particular relationship: the first Kiko store, opened on 1997st September XNUMX , it was in fact inside the historic Fiorucci shop in Milan.

The new space of 200 square meters, renamed KikoiD (where “iD” stands for “Identity”) will open its doors on November 22 in Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, with the aim of providing increasingly personalized services. For example, customers will have at their disposal a dual-arm robot designed and built specifically for Kiko, capable of customizing a selection of products with laser engravings. In the store there is also the first and only "Private Room Kiko of Italy", with three make-up stations for those who prefer a reserved and exclusive session.

The KikoiD store was designed by the world-famous Japanese architect Kengo Kuma, with whom the brand has collaborated since 2015 and who has already signed two stores in Italy, in the Oriocenter shopping center in Bergamo and Bologna and 13 abroad, in the city such as Madrid, Dubai, Brussels and Moscow.

The large open and modern spaces, which have always been characteristic of Kengo Kuma's works, are expressed in the store in Corso Vittorio Emanuele with high ceilings and large windows, in which the dominant color is white. The store is also characterized by a great attention to sustainability, to the point of having obtained the international LEED certification, reserved only for the most energy-efficient eco-friendly buildings made with materials with a high recycled content.

There is also no lack of technology: in the store it will be possible to use iPads equipped with an ad hoc application that will offer suggestions to identify the product that best suits your needs.

Today Kiko is present in 21 countries with more than a thousand stores and online in 35 countries with its own e-commerce.
