MI find myself reading this Saturday's issue on the terrace of my apartment, the cup of coffee on the table, warmed by a shy, but highly appreciated, ray of sunshine. I am part of that category of workers that it has been decided to guarantee their presence. I am a banker. I work from home every other day. The other day I'm at my desk in the branch.

We have a Skype meeting almost daily, it's called 'morning coffee'. There is the technical information of our work, but it is the way to 'stay', us who usually spend eight hours in the same space, to make a joke, to give us an encouragement.

And while we're there, virtually together, behind us there are glimpses of our homes, of our lives. Elderly parents who pass unaware in the background, we hear the voices of our children, the cackles of the little ones and the slightly bored tone of the teenagers.

And then there are the phone calls with customers. That they are not just exchanges of information, you can clearly hear it. As if they were putting aside roles to say 'hey, I'm a person. And I'm afraid. For me. For my familyto. For my company. '
