The time è the mostù valuable at our disposal. How many times do we say it? Ed è true, but I believe that alongside time there is also another factor that è able to make us better enjoy the time there è donated: le energy.

We may have a million years to spare, but if we deal with them, it drains è how to throw them away. Or we can have a much longer time frame availableù limited, but if we face it with a good amountà of energies in that period of time we are able to have a far greater impact both on the people we come into contact with and at work.

So where are the energies born? From our lifestyle, or from our habits.

Let's see 3 of the habits that I have recently adopted and that have helped me a lot to recover lost energy. Off with the first that is…

1. Exercise

Exercise gives you a lot of energy, c'is un'huge amountà of researches that testify it. Not è you need to run a marathon a day, just keep a little bitof consistency in keeping your body in shape.

I am not a personal trainer, I do not want to go into the details of the correct path of exercises to do for your specific organism, but I am a psychologist and a behavioral scholar, so I want to give you a suggestion to acquire a solid motor habit.

And the key tip in these cases è di leave small. In fact, every behavior you want to promote requires a certain activation energy. Più behavior è challenging, moreù is easy to procrastinate. Parts small means that è better set yourself the goal of doing 5 sit-ups, 5 push-ups and 60 seconds of stretching every day, instead of asking yourself'goal to do a nice intense 45 minute workout.

If it seems simple you do it, if it seems complex you tell yourself "I do it tomorrow". After you take the'habit of effortlessly doing 5 sit-ups, 5 push-ups and a 60-second warm-up every day, then you can increase your training plan by 1% and move up to 8 sit-ups, 8 push-ups, and so on.ì away increasing from time to time l'intensityà dell'habit.

2. Eat healthy

Second habit capable of giving you energy è to pay attention to itò that you put into your body, that is to what you eat. On how it is right to cure the'food aspect in your specific situation - here too - I leave the word to the experts. I provide you with a'indication that forò helped me edit the eating habits: create an environment in the house that would encourage me to choose l'correct nutrition for me.

After having made a visit to a qualified doctor, in fact, I realized that I would have to increase by a lotthe quantityà of fruit to eat daily. So I started buying moreù fruit, and to keep it well and move on the kitchen table and no moreù hidden in the'last drawer of the refrigerator, wrapped in a dark paper bag.

Just having a signal in the'environment that reminded me of the right thing to do increased the fact that I adopted that behavior.

I then proceeded to make the products that hurt me less accessible at home, such as foods with added sugars, which were placed in a high drawer on the shelf in the bathroom.

To quickly change your behavior, start by radically changing there'environment in which you put it in place: you will see amazing results.

3. Toxic relationships

Third point to recover moreù energy è of type più psychological and has to do with the relationships you surround yourself with.

You will also have noticed that there are some people who suck your energy as if they were vampires, and others capable of calming you and giving you a charge of good mood.

Now, I'm not here to argue that you have to cut from'today to tomorrow all the dead branches from your life, forò is It is also true that first monitoring which relationships are toxic and which are energizing è a good practice.

After you have a clear picture of which ones relations are good for you and which are not, then you can think about how to contain it'influence of those who pull you downù and maybe how to counterbalance their presence by incorporating more people into your lifeù solar and capable of acting as "antidoteto the others.

Here is another tip, then, to make it easier'adopting virtuous behavior: surround yourself with people who alreadyà they have adopted them.

After all, we are the average of the 5 people we frequent the mostù, and if we hang out with people with a lot of energy it will beà più It is easy that over time we too will develop attitudes capable of energizing us.

Well, under the pretext of talking about 3 good habits we have also seen 3 "tricksto be able to promote behaviors that are healthy for us:

  1. Minimize change so that it is so simple that you can't say no to it
  2. Create an environment in which to put it in place that is in support of it, rather than rowing against it
  3. Surround yourself with people who alreadyà they have espoused the behavior you desire.

Dear friends: a littleexercise, do some reasoning about itò that you enter into your body and surround yourself with people who give you energy. These were my 3 habits "Winningto be able to have moreù energies throughout the day and thus increase my effectiveness and efficiency.
