It's been exactly 30 years since Back to the Future 3 arrived in the halls. Directed by Robert Zemeckis, third and final episode of the trilogy of the same name, initially the plots of Back to the Future - Part III and the previous chapter Back to the future - Part II they had to be contained in only one film, which should have been called Paradox.
The film features Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea as bully Douglas “Flea” Needles (and Marty's schoolmate). He had already appeared in Back to the future - Part II, as his future co-worker. The three old men in the saloon are played by Dub Taylor, Pat Buttram and Harry Carey Jr., who have frequently played cronies, drunkards, and citizens in hundreds of westerns. Actress Mary Steenburgen accepted the part of Clara because she was literally "forced" by her two sons, fans of the first film. ZZ Top impersonate the musical group that plays at the Hill Valley party for the inauguration of the new town hall.
THE CUT OUT SCENE
In a deleted scene from the film, featured in the additional content of the DVD, Buford Tannen kills marshal (wrongly translated into Italian as "sheriff") James Strickland by shooting him in the back. For this reason in the film Tannen is arrested by his deputy and not by him.
