Ilaria La Mura

Dr. Ilaria La Mura. I am a cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist specialized in coaching and counseling. I help women to regain self-esteem and enthusiasm in their life starting from the discovery of their own value. I have collaborated for years with a Woman Listening Center and I have been the leader of Rete al Donne, an association that fosters collaboration between women entrepreneurs and freelancers. I taught communication for Youth Guarantee and I created "Let's talk about it together" a TV program of psychology and well-being conducted by me on RtnTv channel 607 and "Alto Profilo" broadcast on Capri Event channel 271. I teach autogenic training to learn to relax and live the present enjoying life. I believe we were born with a special project written in our heart, my job is to help you recognize it and make it happen!
