When vinegar is not just a condiment

Apple cider vinegar was an amazing discovery… that remedy for several problems you don't expect!

Already recommended by Hippocrates to treat his patients' numerous ailments, apple cider vinegar is more than just a condiment, it is a real therapeutic food.

Produced from the fermentation of apple cider, this vinegar is rich in potassium, sodium, calcium, magnesium, iron, beta-carotene, vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E, acetic acid, other fruit acids and pectin .

Its benefits are mainly due to a bacterium capable of taking care of our body, purifying us and improving digestion.

The pectin contained in it also helps to lower the level of bad cholesterol, potassium promotes the proper functioning of muscles and beta-carotene makes the skin radiant.

And that's not all ... thanks to its purifying action it balances the natural pH of the skin and internal organs, frees the liver and intestine from toxins and is an excellent ally against cellulite.

It is an easy remedy to find (in any supermarket or organic shop), inexpensive and also… slimming!

Thanks to its powerful detoxifying effect, it accelerates the metabolism of fats, preventing their deposit in the body.

Result? Flat stomach, lost kilos and eliminated water retention.

Certainly like all remedies it cannot work miracles but, together with a correct diet and constant movement, it is an excellent ally for the figure.

The best way to fully enjoy its benefits is to take 1 or 2 tablespoons in a cup of water every morning or, for a slimming effect, take it before main meals.

Sure the taste won't be the best, but trust me it will be worth it!

You will immediately notice a sense of well-being and lightness, greater energy and luminous skin.

Another benefit that pleasantly surprised me is its ability to shine hair and rebalance its pH.

The use of apple cider vinegar helps seal the hair cuticle, allowing us to show off a soft and shiny hair.

Thanks to its antibacterial and antifungal properties it is perfect for fighting the bacteria and fungi that cause dandruff.

So no more dry, greasy or brittle hair ... but strong and shiny!

My advice is to use it before the last rinse, just dilute 2 tablespoons in a cup of water, sprinkle it on the skin and rinse everything after a few minutes of laying.

Good in salads, great for purifying and super for the hair ... apple cider vinegar is the cheap discovery that will surprise you!
